My classes involve a mixture of accessible poses - building mobility & strength - that can be adapted to any body, age & ability. We also explore breath work, meditation & other elements of yoga.

A guided relaxation — Yoga Nidra — is a great way to integrate the entire class at the end, to relax deeply. This restores and rebalances all of your body’s systems.

Come as you are - all are welcome.

I also give alternative classes to groups in the local area … from chair yoga for those less physically able, yoga games & stories for children to yoga in the open air.

I have wealth of experience, can tailor a class to your specific group and am always open to virtual & in-person collaborations

Holt Village Hall (on Holt Green)

  • Thursday 6.30pm - new Mixed yoga

The Parish Hall is opposite The Old Inn pub & church - BH21 7DH, near Wimborne, Dorset. Parking is available.

I also help to run the Parish Hall with a group of volunteers — it has a lovely, cosy feel and is available for bookings up to 50 people - just contact me if interested.
