Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a unique way to explore movement and connect with your body. The hammock supports traditional yoga poses and movements, improving flexibility, strength & balance as the hammock holds the body, whilst easing tension.

The practise is accessible for beginners, great for arthritis and back problems or when recovering from other injuries. It also offers plenty of fun challenges and safe inversions for children and playful adults too.
